The services to be provided expressly do not include (i) any requirement or obligation on the part of Polymath to raise capital or monies for any customer; (ii) any participation or intermediation of any trade in a security or derivative; (iii) any marketing, promotion or distribution of securities or derivatives; (iv)  contacting any potential investor to solicit securities or derivatives transactions (solicitation includes contacting any investor or potential investor by any means including advertising that proposed buying or selling securities or participating in a securities or derivatives transaction); (v) acting as an underwriter or private placement agent nor the buying or selling any securities or derivatives as principal or agent; (vi) participating in the preparation of offering documents or marketing materials of the customer; (vii) interacting, engaging or assisting any potential investor with a license; (viii) accepting or handling funds, fiat currency or crypto currency or providing custodial services to the customer, User or any investor; (ix) conducting any know-your-client, know-your-product, suitability or anti-money laundering requirements; and (x) the provision of any investment advice or recommendations by Polymath to either the customer, users, investors or potential investors.
